生態協會現管理漁農自然護理處旗下自然教育中心，包括海下遊客中心、西貢蕉坑獅子會自然教育中心、昂坪自然中心、林邊生物多樣性自然教育中心及香港仔樹木廊，向學校及公眾人士宣揚環境教育訊息。
